Line 2 (Company): SKIP
Line 3 (address line 1): PSC #, Unit #, or ship name. Include a mailbox # if necessary for the address to be complete.
Line 4 (address line 2): SKIP unless space is needed.
Line 5 (City): Enter APO or FPO for the city (whichever applies).
Line 6 (Country, State, Zip): Country = US, State = AA, AE, or AP (these are located at the very bottom of your options), zip code as provided.
