We will accept any unopened product within 30 days of purchase with no questions asked. Simply mail any unwanted product, packing slip, and/or proof of purchase to the return address below. Once the product is received by our facility we will inspect the product, process the return, and refund you accordingly. Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which they were initially paid for.

Please send a detailed e-mail expressing your concerns or call 1-877-97-JERKY. We will gladly refund the purchase price of the product minus our *actual* shipping costs on any unopened, re-sellable merchandise that is returned within 30 days of ordering. How will I be refunded for my returned item(s)?: Jerky.com will credit you for the total purchase price of the product minus shipping costs, upon receipt of the product. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. Otherwise, your refund will be awarded in the same manner as the item was purchased.
What if I accidentally provided Jerky.com with the wrong ship-to address?: If for some reason you provided Jerky.com with the wrong shipping information upon checkout and the order is returned to our warehouse then yes you are responsible for shipping costs associated with re-sending the order to the correct address. (We do not provide a return label)
