Tracking Label says "cancelled" ?

QUESTION: Why was my shipping label canceled?
ANSWER: Most of the time a cancelled label happens because our fulfillment team had to make an adjustment to the label (shipping information, type of shipping container or weight of the package) and therefore had to cancel that label to create the new one. You should receive updated tracking when that new label is created but if you do not, there may be an issue in fulfillment and we may be trying to contact you.
