ANSWER: If you received the wrong items, we can help. Please start by sending an image (or two) illustrating the issue. Once we have that, we can begin processing a replacement shipment if necessary. Depending on the circumstances, we may ask you to keep the product you were initially shipped or we'll make arrangements to have it shipped back at our expense.
