QUESTION: What happens if my products arrive damaged or defective:
ANSWER: We advise every customer to inspect his or her orders immediately upon arrival before the driver leaves. If your package appears to be damaged you should contact that delivery service A.S.A.P. Do not dispose of any packaging materials until the order is deemed satisfactory or the problem has been resolved.
We take quality control very seriously and would need visual confirmation of the issue in order to make this process a speedier one. Please send us an image (or two) illustrating the issue to [talktous@jerky.com](mailto:talktous@jerky.com) (please include a picture of the sell-by date/batch number which should be together on the bag usually towards the bottom). This helps us to better document the problem, explore it further with our production supervisor and improve our company's overall quality assurance.
Once we have that, we can begin processing a replacement shipment if necessary. Depending on the circumstances, we may ask you to keep the product you were initially shipped or we'll make arrangements to have it shipped back at our expense.
